About the website
This website presents Secplify’s websites and software, business IT and computer assistance services. Contact information is available in the legal information. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Enquiries and service agreements
Browsing this website or sending an enquiry does not purchase a service, confirm a booking or create a service contract. This website does not offer self-service subscriptions or online payment, so there is no self-serve agreement.
Before work begins, the parties agree the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and applicable taxes, payment arrangements, timing, cancellation terms and any support arrangements in a separate written proposal or agreement. Hardware, licences, travel, hosting and ongoing maintenance are included only when stated in that agreement.
Security testing requires agreed scope and appropriate authorisation from the relevant system owner. Service descriptions are not permission to test any system.
Using the website
You may browse the content and contact us for legitimate enquiries. Do not use this website to send unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with availability or attempt unauthorised access. If you believe you have found a security issue affecting this website, email a brief description to [email protected] without including personal data or access credentials.
Content and intellectual property
Branding, photographs and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Any reuse must respect the rights of their owners. Software distributed under an open-source licence remains governed by that licence; these website terms do not replace those permissions. Links to third-party services do not imply endorsement or transfer responsibility for their content.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the service descriptions accurate, but requirements, availability and suitability must be confirmed for each project. General website information is not an individual technical assessment or a promise that any system will be free from vulnerabilities or downtime. We may update the content or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance.
Consumer rights
Nothing here removes mandatory rights or excludes liability where the law does not allow it. If you contract as a consumer, the applicable pre-contract information, cancellation or withdrawal rights, statutory guarantees and complaint arrangements must be provided before you enter into a service contract. These website terms do not waive them.
Portuguese law applies subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules that apply to you. These terms do not impose an exclusive court or require you to give up consumer protections available in your country of habitual residence.
Privacy and updates
The privacy notice and cookie policy explain the website’s data handling. Changes to these website terms do not retrospectively change a separately agreed service contract.
